Dear Omni Layer integrators,

Today we release Omni Core 0.11.0.
This is a major release which adds the ability to issue non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and to delegate the management of a token to another address.

Once these new features are activated (Date: TBD) the rules of the Omni Layer protocol will automatically be upgraded/changed and become incompatible with older versions of Omni Core.
For this reason this release is mandatory and an upgrade is required.

Due to the upgrade from Bitcoin Core 0.18.1 to 0.20.1, this version incorporates many changes, so please take your time to read through all release notes carefully.

Updated information about the new feature activations will be shown within Omni Core and on the Omni Layer Twitter channel (https://twitter.com/omni_layer) as they become available.
