     1. Property tokens created out of thin air.
     2. Tokens disappearing.
     3. Properties appearing/disappearing/non-sequential property creations.
     4. MetaDEx trades with zero values.
     5. MetaDEx trades where the unit price has changed.
     6. (WIP) MetaDEx trades that are crossed (should have matched) but were not traded.
